Just going through my mother's papers and finalizing her estate for the lawyer, I just realized that the relative rapidity of completing her estate papers was due in large part to the rapid sale of her home and property. Your quick response and approach to the sale was excellent. I looked at the electronic presentation of the property the first night you had it placed on the internet, and your description with the pictures was very appealing. That was also responsible for the relatively quick sale.

Additionally, I appreciated your low pressure approach and the way you presented buyer's questions and your suggested solutions. I expect to be putting my own house on the market in early spring and would like you to assist my wife and I in the eventual sale.
